Swedish supercar maker Koenigsegg has unveiled an all-new model at the Geneva Motor Show that succeeds the record-breaking Agera RS. The car bears the name “Jesko”, which is also the name of the father of the owner and founder of the company – Christian von Königseg.
The new hypercar resembles the design of its predecessor, but exudes much more aggression and impressiveness. The body and wheels are made of carbon monocoque and the rear wheels are swivel. The rear wing, which extends to the centre section, is very impressive.
The Koenigsegg Jesko is powered by a 5.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 mortor connected to an electric turbine that supplies air. With 95 gasoline, power is 1,280 hp, while with ethanol (E85) it jumps to 1,600 hp and 1,500 Nm. According to unofficial company data, the top speed reaches 482 km/h.
